The following terms have the defined meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on mr777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mr777 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. Registering on behalf of a minor or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not hold a Member account.
• You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to a Self-Exclusion order on the mr777 platform or any partner platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at all times. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must hold a valid Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the mr777 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide:

1. Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
2. A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
3. A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
4. A mobile phone number registered in your name.
5. The name of your primary Indonesian bank or e-wallet for IDR transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mr777 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact mr777 support immediately at [email protected].

mr777 reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 KYC Verification

All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). Proof of address may additionally be requested. mr777 will process KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be suspended or closed.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via one of the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja. Deposits made via unapproved channels will not be credited and may be subject to return processing delays.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits published on the payment page at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. During periods of scheduled bank maintenance (particularly overnight RTGS windows), processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• mr777 does not charge a deposit fee. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed an approved payment method change request with the support team.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification (see Clause 3.1).
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes during support operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
• mr777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000 or that are flagged by our fraud-monitoring systems. This may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawable balance calculation.

mr777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from deposited funds and are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Game contribution weightings apply to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the staked amount. Live casino and slot games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the title; this information is published on the relevant promotion page.
• mr777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, Bonus Funds already credited will be honoured under the terms active at the time of credit.
• Abuse of promotions — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus clearance with minimal risk, or colluding with other Members — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account termination.
• mr777 does not permit the withdrawal of a deposit where a bonus has been credited but its Wagering Requirement has not been met, unless the Member explicitly forfeits the bonus before initiating the withdrawal request.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on mr777, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and all other listed markets), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino games, and slot games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mr777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of submission and shown on your confirmation screen are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that results in incorrect odds being displayed, mr777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account Balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are published within the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, league, and game type. mr777 will pay out up to the applicable maximum regardless of the calculated winning amount.
• For togel markets, draw results are determined by the official draw authority for the relevant market (e.g., Singapore Pools for SGP, HKJC for HK). mr777 will settle bets in accordance with officially published results within two (2) hours of the draw.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more legs are void, the void leg is treated as a single bet at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs are settled normally.
• For live casino and RNG-based games, game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generator operated by the relevant studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Pocket Games Soft). mr777 has no influence over game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mr777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or borrowed identity details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, access accounts, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, or any other activity designed to exploit pricing errors or gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mr777 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer any part of the platform's technology, or introduce any malware or disruptive code.

mr777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. The platform provides the following tools, all of which can be activated from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Loss Caps: Define a maximum loss threshold per session, day, or week. Once reached, access to real-money games is temporarily suspended for the defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the platform. During the exclusion period, your account will be disabled and you will not receive any promotional communications. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

• Losses arising from the Member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by the Member to place or not place a particular bet, or to use or not use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

In all cases where mr777's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by mr777's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence. Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with such mandatory laws, the mandatory law provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
